Description:
Each of the above series are local variations of the Laurentian Archaic extending from W. central to E. central Pennsylvania. Includes side notched, corner notched, basal notched & stemmed varieties. The different groups are very much the same with different flints showing up in each assemblage. The assemblage includes points that classify as Otter Creek, Vosburg, Eshbach and Dewart Stemmed. Occasionally and 'eccentric' double notch will be found.
